Simplicity

I love simplicity. Simplicity is timeless. I love pattern play too, but I am a sucker for a nice solid shirt. Simple, solid color tops are everything when it comes to staple closet pieces. Same goes for nude heels, you can't go wrong with nude heels. You don't have to be worried when you buy simple staple pieces if they will be "in style" next year. Buy those trendy pieces from inexpensive places, like Forever 21, and pair them with your timeless pieces. It's closet play, without breaking the bank.

Street Style

If you were to see me on the street, this is usually what I am wearing. I love simplicity, and comfort. I am not one of those women who tosses on a pair of heels to run errands. To me, there is nothing better than a good flannel, a pair of ripped jeans, and a beanie. Not to mention my favorite Ray Bans. Target Faux Leather Jacket

Heaven knows I love Target! I spotted this faux leather jacket last year, and couldn't help myself. It has been a staple in my closet ever since. It's my go-to, whether it be for date night or just for running to the grocery store. Will I get a more expensive one someday? Probably... but for now, this one is perfect!

Gray Tones

Gray is probably one of my favorite colors. No matter what color my hair is, or how tan  I am, gray always looks good. When I found these gray & white Nike's I was immediately obsessed. Not to mention the gold swoosh. They are pretty reasonably priced, too! For outfit details keep reading!

Splash of Colour

I must admit, I am one of those girls who almost NEVER wears pops of color. However, I have a few staple pieces in my closet that I bust out sometimes. I have had a mad crush on these rain boots ever since I saw them on my friend. Walking past them at Nordstrom one day, I checked out the price. $50…. I couldn’t believe it!
